Lean on God

“For the Word of the Lord holds true and we can trust everything He does.” Psalm 33:4

Yep, TRUST is the word for the week. For me at least. I have to be honest with y’all. I am STRUGGLING. Satan is working overtime on me. Now, I know that it’s likely because I’m trying to let God work through me to touch others. I know God is with me…but I’m still struggling.

Do you ever feel like that? You can repeat the truths of God’s Word, know in your heart and mind that His plans for us is good…and we allow our own BUTS get in the way. Let us, you and I, hold onto all the ‘But God’ promises instead of ‘but Tara’ or ‘but (your name)’. I may have needed the reminder today that I cannot do things of my own accord. I need God. I need to do all I do for the glory of God and not for my own glory.

Let us hold onto Hebrews 10:23 ‘Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep His promise.’

I am praying for each of you that is struggling right now. I pray all the protections over you in Psalm 91. Cling to the cross my friends. Jesus is always home. Always ready to lend a hand, to comfort you, to protect you and to guide you.

Have a blessed day.

‘I love you Lord; You are my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my savior; my God is my rock, in whom I find protection. He is my shield, the power that saves me, and my place of safety.’ Psalm 18: 1-2

In Jesus’ precious name.

Tara

  1. Yes! Definitely! Everyone of us goes through that. The good news; if your/our walk with the LORD wasn’t close and we weren’t growing and making progress, than the enemy would leave us alone, he wouldn’t be working so hard to make us have our human doubts, he feels threatened by us! So……know whose you are and keep on keeping on! The enemy shakes when strong Christian Woman of God get out of bed. You do Tara and are making a difference for the Glory of God. Rejoice always………T
