He is Faithful

“Now behold, today I am going the way of all the earth, and you know in all your hearts and in all your souls that not one word of all the good words which the LORD your God spoke concerning you has failed; all have been fulfilled for you, not one of them has failed.” Joshua 23:14

Knowing God

“Then they said to the woman, “Now we believe, not just because of what you have told us, but because we have heard him ourselves. Now we know that he is indeed the Savior of the world.” John 4: 42

I truly love reading the Word of God. So many times a line or two will pop off the page and speak to me. One such verse is the one above when our pastor discussed it in service this past Sunday. It strengthened my belief that we need to be in His Word regularly, we need to go to service (if physically able) and to be in fellowship with other Christians. Continue reading “Knowing God”

God Is Always There

“You know what I long for Lord, you hear my every sigh.” Psalm 38:9

I’m currently struggling with an issue pertaining to what I am hoping to be a Women’s Ministry. It’s made me step back and ask God what His will is. It is so important to me that what I do is aligning with what His plans are, not my own. And that can be difficult to seperate at times. We want something so much, something that is not against what the Word says, so we don’t check in with God to make sure that it’s part of His plan for our lives.
