Words that saved me. Literally. And that’s why I am ALL IN for Jesus. He has proven to me that He will NEVER leave me or forsake me. That He has plans of good for me. Thank you Jesus. #Isaiah52 #myforevervalentine
“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” “If you look for me wholeheartedly, you will find me.” Jeremiah 29: 11,13
Last night my husband and I went to a Matthew West concert at our church. Although he is an amazing entertainer, it is the truths he spoke that resonated with me. The main concept that worked in and convicted my spirit is; Am I really All In? Am I all in with my family? Am I all in at my job? And most importantly…Am I all in, in my walk with God? ‘The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, provided we suffer with him in order that we may also be glorified with him. For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us.’ Romans 8: 16-18

I think it is awesome that Valentine’s Day starts the season of Lent -Ash Wednesday.
It is a season that celebrates the ultimate act of love one person can have for another… ‘Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.’ John 15:13
The CHOICE Jesus made to suffer and die for you and I…How humbling is that? That the creator of the universe, of all things, loves us, loves YOU so much that He became man, all so He can die a horrendous death so we can have eternity with Him.
All we have to do is come to him, admit that we are sinners (we all are) and ask Him to come into our hearts and in our lives.
If you haven’t given your life to Him, I ask you to take this Lenten season to REALLY look at the evidence for His existence, for the proof of the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. And with an open heart, ask God to show you that He is real, that Jesus really is God in human form.
He’d love to show you!
‘My darling, I am yours, and you are mine,’ Song of Solomon 2:16a
Can you imagine it? God saying this? Not just in scripture, to some prophet that lived four thousand years ago. And not just the ‘Iam yours, and you are mine’, although He has me there. (Kind of like ‘He had me at hello’, 😂)
But ‘My Darling’.
I can picture Him, gently placing His hand upon our face Continue reading “I Am Yours”
