Do I say proudly that I am a Christian? Or do I say I am a Christian with a bit of an explanation?

A Struggling Wife & Mom
I've been really struggling for the last several months in a few of my personal relationships. I feel like I've gone from a (halfway) decent wife and mom to a complete failure. My house is a constant mess, I really like to order out more than I cook (I hate cooking) and I have to have an internal agrument with myself to get the housework done...and more often than not that tends to fall through.
Harvesting
The aspect of being a blessing can come in many forms. Sometimes it will be giving a kind word to someone. Other times it may be assisting someone in buying something-whether it be a meal or something that they are in need of...maybe driving someone home. Ask God to guide you and He will make it plain to you.
